Joo Ho Yeo
Sacheth is orignally from Cupertino, CA, and is currently a senior in the College of Engineering, majoring in Electrical and Computer Engineering and Computer Science. He joined CVC in his freshman year, in Spring 2014. Since then, he has worked on numerous projects with firms such as Envision Ventures, Accel Partners, and ARC Angel Fund. He has held software engineering intern positions at VMware, IBM, and MuleSoft in the past. Following graduation in Summer 2017, he will be heading to San Francisco to work full-time at Waltz Networks, a SDN based startup, as a software engineer. When not busy, he loves playing soccer and religiously follows Everton FC and Borussia Dortmund.
Stephen is originally from Minneapolis, MN, and is currently a junior in the College of Engineering, majoring in Operations Research & Engineering. He joined CVC in Fall 2014 as a sophomore and has since worked on projects with NEA, Cayuga Venture Fund, Accel Partners, and Taurus Ventures. Last summer, Stephen worked as an Investment Banking Summer Analyst at Citigroup within the Industrials Group, and will be returning full time following graduation. In his free time, Stephen enjoys running, music, and guitar.
Matti is originally from San Mateo, CA, and is currently a junior in the College of Engineering majoring in Materials Science and Engineering, with a focus in Energy Materials and minor in History. He joined CVC in Spring 2015 as a freshman and has since worked on projects with Omidyar Technology Ventures, Bessemer Venture Partners, Accel Partners, and KEC Venture Partners. Last summer, Matti worked as an Investment Analyst with Omidyar Technology Ventures; this summer, he will be working at Apple as an Engineering Project Manager in the Advanced Batteries division. In his free time, Matti loves roadtripping, hiking, fencing, writing, and watching San Jose Sharks hockey.
Joo Ho is orginially from Seoul, Korea and is currently a sophomore in the College of Engineering majoring in Computer Science and Operation Research & Information Engineering. He joined CVC in the Fall of 2013 as a freshman and has since worked on projects with FRC, NEA, OTV, and GV. Last summer, Joo Ho finished his two years of military service for which he served as a police officer for the Seoul Metropolitan Police Agency. Beyond CVC, Joo Ho is also involved in Contrary Capital and Cornell Consulting Club. He will be joining Facebook as a software engineering intern this summer.
Robert is originally from Great Falls, VA, and is currently a junior in the College of Arts and Sciences, majoring in Computer Science. He joined CVC in Spring 2015 as a freshman and has since worked on projects with KEC Ventures, Envision Ventures, New Enterprise Associates, and Bessemer Venture Partners. Last summer Robert interned at MITRE Corporation as a Cybersecurity Software Intern; this summer, Robert will be working as a Business Technology Analyst at Deloitte NYC. In his free time, Robert enjoys weightlifting, cooking, and fashion.
Justin is originally from Hong Kong and is currently a senior in the College of Human Ecology, majoring in Policy Analysis and Management and minoring in Business. He has been a member of Cornell Venture Capital since Spring 2015 and has worked on projects with Envision Ventures and Omidyar Technology Ventures, among several others. Following graduation in summer 2017, he will be working at Analysis Group in New York City. Beyond CVC, Justin is also actively involved with academic research and is an active member of the Cornell Figure Skating Club.
Mru is a junior originally from Newark, DE, majoring in Operations Research and Financial Engineering. Mru joined CVC in Fall 2014 and has worked on a wide array of projects, ranging from market landscaping to investment analysis, with Openview, KEC Ventures, and Taurus Ventures. Mru has previously held internships in venture capital and supply chain management at Anthos Capital and GE Aviation, respectively. For fun, Mru enjoys watching movies, listening to podcasts, and playing basketball and soccer.
Shreya is a senior studying Engineering Physics and Computer Science. She joined in Fall 2014 as a sophomore and has worked on projects with GV, OpenView, and Cayuga Venture Fund. Last summer she worked as a software engineering intern at Cisco and will be joining Google full time in the Fall. She also does exoplanetary research and enjoys biking and rock climbing.
Archana is a junior in the Dyson School concentrating in Finance and Entrepreneurship. Originally from Jaipur, India, Archana joined CVC in the Fall of 2015 and has since worked on projects with Taurus Ventures, KEC Ventures, OTV and Envision Ventures. Beyond CVC, Archana writes for Entrepreneurship@Dyson and is a part of Forté Campus and the DUC. Last summer she worked at Anthos Capital, and she plans to work in Investment Banking her upcoming summer. In her free time, Archana likes to cook and read.
Jay is from Singapore and majors in Computer Science. He joined CVC as a freshman and has since worked on projects with Google Ventures, Omidyar Technology Ventures and Taurus Ventures. Previously, he headed recruitment for a Series A ecommerce startup in Singapore during his gap year, and currently works with StartupTree in Ithaca as a fullstack developer. In his free time, Jay enjoys singing, sports and learning new technologies. He will be going to Facebook as a software engineering intern this summer.
Adam is originally from Millburn, NJ and is currently a junior in the College of Arts and Sciences pursuing a double major in Information Science and Economics. He has been a member of Cornell Venture Capital since Fall 2015 and has worked on projects with Google Ventures, CoVenture, Envision Ventures, and Taurus Ventures. Last summer, Adam interned as a Quantitative Strategy and Risk Summer Analyst at CIT Group and this upcoming summer he will be interning as an Investment Banking Summer Analyst at Goldman Sachs. On campus, Adam is also a team lead for CUAppDev, Cornell's iPhone App Development Project Team. Outside of work, Adam is an automotive and formula racing enthusiast and also enjoys mountain biking, swimming, hiking, and kayaking.
Dan is originally from Baltimore, MD and is a senior in the College of Engineering studying Operations Research and Information Engineering. He joined CVC in Spring 2016 and has worked on several projects with firms including Google Ventures, Bessemer Venture Partners, Omidyar Technology Ventures and Cayuga Venture Fund. Dan has previously held investment banking and venture capital internships with companies including Moelis & Company, New Enterprise Associates, and Red Bear Angels. Outside of work, Dan enjoys sports (mostly the Baltimore Orioles and Ravens), music, running, and weightlifting.

Fred is a sophomore from Pleasantville, New York studying Applied Economics and Management and Information Science. After joining Cornell Venture Capital in the fall of 2016, he has worked on projects for DMG Entertainment and Envision Ventures. Last summer, Fred worked as a product management intern at Morningstar’s Australia office, while also taking classes at the University of Sydney. Fred also enjoys reading books on behavioral economics, watching hockey, and playing volleyball.
Adam is a junior from Armonk, NY majoring in Biometry and Statistics with a concentration in Statistical Genomics. He joined CVC in Fall 2016 and has worked on projects with Google Ventures, Cayuga Venture Fund, Omidyar Technology Ventures, and Taurus Ventures. Last summer, he worked at Regeneron Pharmaceuticals as a Molecular Profiling and Bioinformatics Intern. On campus, Adam is also on the executive board of the Cornell Public Health Society, a member of Phi Delta Epsilon, has served as a biochemistry teaching assistant, and conducts research on biological networks. He has a deep passion for the biotechnology industry and enjoys music, comedy movies, keeping up with current events, and cheese.
Daniel is from Weston, CT and is a Freshman in the College of Engineering majoring in Operations Research and Information Engineering. He has been a member of Cornell Venture Capital since Fall 2016 and has worked on projects with OpenView Venture Partners, Cayuga Venture Fund and Bessemer Venture Partners. Apart from CVC, Daniel is involved with Cornell Club Swimming and enjoys playing basketball and golf.
Malav is a sophomore double majoring in Applied Economics and Management and Food Science. He is originally from Ahmedabad, India and has been a part of CVC since Fall 2015. He has worked on projects with Bessemer Venture Partners, Taurus Ventures, Cayuga Venture Funds and OpenView. Apart from CVC, Malav has been involved with Dyson Inclusion and Diveristy, Tomato Product Develoment Team in Food Science and the Cornell Food Science Club. This past summer, Malav worked in the Quality Assurance and Production departments at McCain Foods, a frozen potato product manufacturer, and he hopes to work in a management or marketing role in the food or consumer packaged goods industry in the coming summers. In his free time Malav likes to play soccer, squash and the Indian percussion instrument, Tabla.
Maitreyi is a freshman majoring in Information Science, Systems, and Technology. Originally from Delaware, Maitreyi joined CVC in Fall 2016 and has worked on projects with Omidyar Technology Ventures and Envision Ventures. On campus, Maitreyi is also involved with Cornell Consulting Group and the Society of Women Engineers as a student services chair. In her free time, Maitreyi enjoys dancing and watching documentaries.
Mason is a freshman majoring in Government and minoring in Business, Policy Analysis and Management, and Philosophy. Born and raised in the Houston area, Mason joined CVC in the Fall of 2016, and has worked on a project with Bessemer Venture Partners. Along with CVC, Mason is a member of the Student Assembly’s Academic Policy Committee and Restructuring Committee and is involved in the Cornell Democrats. In his spare time, Mason loves to philosophize over coffee and go to museums.
Dahlia Wilson is a sophomore majoring in Environmental Science with a concentration in Resource Economics. She was born and raised in Washington, DC, and went to high school in Maryland. This coming summer she will be an summer associate at BCG. On campus, Dahlia devotes her time to Cornell Venture Capital Club, as well as to the Cornell Daily Sun newspaper where she is the incoming Business Manager. One day she hopes to work for the Department of Energy. Her interests include hiking, mountain biking, scuba diving, and reading. She has a passion for finance, policy, and environmental science, and seeks to find ways those three areas intersect to benefit society.
Imtisal is originally from Karachi, Pakistan, and is currently a Junior in the College of Arts and Sciences, majoring in Economics with minors in Business and International Relations. Imtisal has been a member of Cornell Venture Capital since Fall 2015 and has worked on projects with CoVenture, New Enterprise Associates and Omidyar Technology Ventures. He worked at Dell in Austin, Texas and he is recruiting for investment banking for the upcoming summer. Outside work, he likes to play video games, cricket and soccer.
Siddant is a sophomore in the College of Arts & Sciences studying Computer Science with a Philosophy minor. He's from Kathmandu, Nepal, loves startup culture and has interned in startups in the music industry. Siddant joined CVC in his fall sophomore year and is working with GV (formerly Google Ventures). He likes rock music and pretends to be a soccer pundit.
David is a freshman majoring in Industrial and Labor Relations. Originally from Scranton, PA, David joined CVC in Spring 2017 and has worked on a project with OpenView Venture Partners. On campus, David is also a brother of Delta Upsilon Fraternity. In his free time, David enjoys listening to music and playing squash.
Josh is originally from Branchburg, NJ, and is currently a Sophomore majoring in Applied Economics and Management with concentrations in Finance and Business Analytics. He joined CVC in Spring 2017 and has worked on a project with New Enterprise Associates. Last summer, Josh participated in a mentorship program at Merrill Lynch. In his free time, Josh loves playing tennis, watching ice hockey, listening to music, and watching Disney/Pixar movies. He secretly also enjoys Rom-Coms and Taylor Swift.
Angela is a sophomore from Plainsboro, NJ majoring in Applied Economics and Management with prospective concentrations in Finance and Business Analytics. She joined CVC in the Spring of 2017 and has worked on a project with Omidyar Technology Ventures. Outside of CVC, Angela is part of The Cornell Daily Sun and CALS Ambassadors. In her free time, she enjoys taking naps and eating brie with baguette.
Claire is a freshman in the Dyson School studying Applied Economics and Management, concentrating in business analytics and strategy and minoring in Information Science. Originally from Edison, New Jersey, Claire joined Cornell Venture Capital in Spring 2017 and has worked on projects with Taurus Ventures and OpenView Venture Partners. On campus, Claire is also the General Manager of TakeNote for Student Agencies, secretary for Forté Campus at Cornell, and an active player for the Cornell Club Tennis Team. In her spare time, Claire enjoys following NBA basketball and snowboarding.
Sabina is originally from Mountain Lakes, NJ and is currently a sophomore majoring in Applied Economics and Management with a prospective concentration in finance. She joined CVC in Spring 2017 and is working on a project with Bessemer Venture Partners. Outside of CVC, Sabina is a member of the women's club soccer team, an orientation leader, and an analyst with Cornell Strategic Consulting. In her free time, Sabina enjoys exploring different restaurants and stand up paddle boarding.
Nikhil is originally from Poughkeepsie, NY and is currently a sophomore in the College of Engineering, majoring in Computer Science with a focus in Artificial Intelligence and minoring in business. He joined CVC in Spring 2017 and has since worked on projects with Emergence Capital. On campus, as a Cornell Rawlings Scholar, Nikhil conducts human-robot interaction research with Dr. Guy Hoffman and molecular-imaging research with Dr. Ulrich Wiesner. In his spare time, Nikhil avidly follows football and is a fan of the New York Jets.
